National Pool Tile is a great showroom to pick out your tile and compare plaster colors side by side. It really helps to see and feel the different plaster finishes in person before making a final decision.
Zach is awesome! He’s full of knowledge, great energy, and always willing to take the time to explain the options. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re planning a pool remodel or new build.

We spent 33k on a pool remodel and resurfacing a few months ago. Color coordinated everything. All of the pool contractors performed very well, with high quality work. Unfortunately, NPT let us down big time. Using their product, the color of our pool ended up being more green than blue. Their color samples do not come anywhere near close to reality. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

As a pool builder the customer service you receive from your suppliers can make a huge difference on project and the entire staff at the Dallas NPT goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Emily goes out of her way to make sure the process with special order materials goes perfect. Drew is great and goes out of his way to make sure things are correct and the ladies at

Excellent service & selection from NPT and Zachary Royal. Looked at travertine & marble coping, plaster & tile, & Zachary answered questions & provided some great insight.

I chose to use their most expensive plaster (the polished). We were changing lighting and wanted a lighter color. Our old plaster had held up beautifully for 15 yrs but was dark. The new plaster started pitting and divoting the first year. NPT refused to stand behind their product and blamed it on water chemistry. I have had the same pool guys for many years and the water is the same as the past 1

Made an appointment and called when we arrived. Stood at the doors for 15 min before anyone came to let us in. They disappeared and left us alone. No service. Second time we have been here with the exact same experience as the first. Awful service.

The place has good materials, the problem is that it lacks more customer service and they are more careful when delivering the product
