I've never had a problem at any napa auto parts store. They are always knowledgeable and even teach me stuff. But this kid working the counter didn't even know what a header was and kept hitting his little vape the whole time while acting like I was the burden. Just gonna drive to the napa at San Marcos now.

Great friendly service. They treat you with courtesy and are very helpful.
Called for info on a part, they provided it. They didn’t have it stock but they ordered it and got it next morning. It was ready for pick up early am.

The staff helped me track down a rare part for my truck across the country and got me all the information I needed including shipping prices and times for delivery and they did all this over the phone! That's real customer service.

A worker at Napa Auto parts was very helpful in explaining questions we had concerning brake systems. Plus we purchased a great socket tool set and we didn't have proper tools to work on vehicle. We are very pleased with Napa Auto and awesome customer service provided. This is our go to place for quality auto parts and service. Love you Napa Auto and great treatment to customers. Scott, Greg and their crew have always done a great job of taking care of all my parts needs. For years they have been the place to go to match up odd parts when you can't find them anywhere else. I can't tell you how many times I have been searching for that one odd ball item and I walk in their store and they look at my part, walk to the back, and come back a few minutres later and go, here ya
