I had a great experience at this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right parts. They are friendly and go above and beyond to help me. I've been a customer here for years and always have a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and honest and don't try to upsell me. I appreciate their integrity.

My air hose cut just near the glad hand. I went to Del Rio NAPA to replace the whole thin. However, the manager by himself got all the fittings that I needed and in less than 10 minutes, he solved all my air hose problems. The staff is friendly and most willing to assist their customers. They reminded me of what customer satisfaction means. They deserve more than 5 star rating.

Went there today cause my car battery died. The tech there was super nice about whether I should get a new battery or not, zero pressure. Then replaced the battery for me at no cost. Totally recommend visiting this store!

hispanic older gentleman working at the counter is so helpful and polite its a pleasure to deal with him, i broight a lady in who was having car trouble he carried her heavy purchases for her to the vehicle, a real gentleman and polite knowledgable man
