Drove 40 mins to get the part no one informed me of a core charge till I was at check out. I feel it's an Important detail when you pay $60 for a rebuild part and the deposit is $80 for a core??? Not everyone knows the common core charges. If they could have communicated this I could have brought the part with me instead of going back waisting another 80 minute round trip drive and $40 in diesel.

It's the early days of the coronapocalypse and I've got to get to work but I've got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there,
