That rating is because of your rude employees who talked down to me because I was a woman. I asked for a specific part for my GMC. Their reply - Are you sure thats the vehicle? So I pointed out the window at my truck and said I don't know. Then I was asked if I'm sure that's the part I want because it will be hard for me to install. WHY?? Good customer service and pricing, but don't trust the order process. I ordered a radiator with plenty of time for next day store delivery, and no part. I had to pay over a $100 more for same day delivery elsewhere. Don't order on a deadline, they will let you down.

Waited until 8:00am, employee did not show up until 3 minutes after 8. Apparently this location does not care about opening on time or helping customers.
Online says they open at 7:30am…. On the door, it’s posted 8:00am. Having to sit in the parking lot for over 30minutes because of this discrepancy is super annoying & inconvenient. If it was posted correctly, I would have happily showed up

Oil filter for Ram Cummings less than 8 bucks. Amazon sent the wrong one for 23 bucks. NAPA wins!

I really enjoy going in this place, great people and customer service.... BUT. I have been working on a custom paint job on a friends Dyna Glide and after a month the paint still hasn't set. And, just to make sure it wasn't just me.... I found several other reviews-

Seriously awesome service. I went to both O'Reilly and AutoZone on a Friday hoping to get a part in by at least Tuesday. They estimated 10 days for shipping. So I went to NAPA as a hail mary, and wouldn't you know it that they were able to get the part SATURDAY morning (the literal next day) at a competitive price.
