I have been coming here for some time now. The service has been awesome. I very rarely have a warranty on parts. And the tools here are great. I'm a road side mechanic and I do put my tools to the test and if I had a problem with one I bring it in and they replaced it without a problem. Wonderful place. You parts for your car or truck. Customer service wasn't good. Was buying windshield wipers and when I asked for someone to put them on you would have thought I asked for their teeth to be pulled. The only one that knew how to do it couldn't because of an injury.

We broke down on the Interstate at the Snyder Exit. I drive a 02 Model Suburban, its a Sunday THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I called O'Reillys first, only to be told I'm outta luck they have to order. I'm now thinking OMG, I'm about to be in a hotel over night because I have a Mechanic but no part. So I Google the next place, I find NAPA! But I already know what I'm about to be told! wow what a part store! the service and knowledge is off the charts! it may be busy inside but you wont have to wait long and one will find out why the napa store stays busy! . No wonder this parts store is voted the best parts store in big spring!

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They will even direct you to a competitor if they know the competitor has what you need. That makes him a great place for first try.

I would give less but Don t have a way to. I went in today and asked how many o2 seniors my 2004 ford expedition 5.4 had and the guy looked it up and said 2 . Do I bought all 2. Well get home and saw it had 4. And online has 4. So this means you can't trust the information from anyone.
