Everyone was so helpful and answered any questions we had! Lily was helpful with everything and kept us updated with anything and everything that was needed. Roberto and his team were very helpful in everything and insured we were taken care of anything that was needed in our home. Within a year you'll have major issues and by the time you notice they'll try to give you excuse after excuse of why you took too long to say something. Well, maybe because I just realized? late? Yes but the defective home is not my issue. On top of that they don't come to fix them properly and if something aesthetic breaks or toys then YOU have to fix it even though the issue was caused by a def
