We only reach out to these guys in a crisis, and if you’re anything like me, when things go wrong, you need as much information as possible to quiet your mind. They came to our house within 30 minutes of the first call. When they arrived, they answered all my questions regarding the procedure, the severity of the water damage, and advice on how to move forward. Great team, would highly recommend.

When you have water damage, you HAVE to go with professionals- and MVP is certainly a first-rate professional company. We called them at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning and within the hour, three people were already at our house assessing our damage and taking steps to mitigate the water. JR was hardworking and tirelessly worked until the water leak was contained (more than 6 hours that Saturday).

Joe, JR and Manual have all been at our house helping with the water damage. We had 15+ fans and 2 dehumidifiers trying to dry the water damage. We are finally dry and no mold has been detected. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Joe was the MVP and provided excellent customer service. He was thorough and patient and polite. After initial arrival from the lead JR that felt rushed and incomplete (and still asked for a 5 star review) Joe came back daily to check moisture and brought all equipment out by himself. He salvaged the experience. 5 stars for Joe alone

My dishwasher leaked and got my hardwood floors wet and they starts popping up. I called MVP Restoration and JR was here within the hour and dealt with my insurance provider to make sure everything would be covered . Thank you MVP Restoration and thank you JR.
