Wow - What a place and selection. Worked with Salma and was amazed at the options, breadth of choices, and organization. The visit was incredible and the way the staff went above and beyond to allow us to see and touch choices we wanted to make. Highly recommend!!!

MSI in Schertz is amazing, we ran in there last minute when our flooring contact told us they had sold out of our island quartz that was supposed to be installed this week. They were incredibly helpful with helping us come up with replacement ideas and we left feeling confident with our new choice.

Salma was very informative,considerate and made the extra effort to accomplish our goals for our project. Delivery of our chosen counter top slabs was efficient, prompt.We were well informed when routed to our installer.Great all around experience.I highly recommend MSI San Antonio

I went to MSI's showroom looking for samples and to see full slabs. Their staff was very courteous and helpful. Their warehouse is SPOTLESS! Very pleased with the experience.

Called ahead to verify an appointment wasn’t needed and that the location was open, which I was told it was. Drove across town to show up to a locked door. After 30 minutes back and forth with customer service, I get told “the team at that location has decided last minute not to open today.” Insanely unprofessional. We tried to visit this location during business hours to make some selections to finish a remodel. Upon arriving, the doors were locked, lights off and no one was in the showroom. We called and got redirected to the main number. It seems that at the last minute, the local staff decided to not be open today. Very disappointing and not professional.

Salma was such a great help and so sweet! MSI has a lot of options and staff are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
