Super kind, patient and helpful staff. Shout out to Josh and Michelle.
These companies do not sell directly to consumers, people who come into their shop are usually accompanied by an interior designer. Well, I wanted to speed things up so I went by myself. I got slightly negative service from Stratus Surfaces. Plus, Stratus didn't have what I wanted.
The folks at Arizona Tile were very nice too

I came into MSI today with my sister to pick up two countertop samples for my mother. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the employees, Michelle, was very disappointing and uncomfortable. When we asked for samples, Michelle immediately told us (without checking) that samples were not offered. I visited all three of the "slab" showrooms in the area. MSI was by far the best service and selection. The csr walked with me to different slabs based on what I my interested, provide suggestions, and then was able to send the info over to my fabricator that same day. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was by far my best experience all day. Thank you Venessa for the excellent service.

Samantha greeted us as we entered the building. I was a bit blown away by the displays, but she took time to explain layouts and products. She never made her own suggestions, but was very helpful with any question we had about one color or product vs another. Super friendly! We walked out feeling great about our initial plans.....let's hope it all goes so well for our remodel

Upon entering, I was asked to scan a QR code to sign in. It didn’t work smoothly (I have an iPhone). Staff person Isabella asked a few questions, led me to the warehouse, explained the layout and left me alone to browse. I liked that! Hovering sales people disrupt my creative process. Venessa was super helpful and patient as we toured through the countertop warehouse. She provided us with plenty of samples to take home and gave us good advice without being pushy. The selection was large but not overwhelming. There were a few backsplash samples we wanted to take home which weren't in the show room, so they delivered them directly to our home!
