Our very busy clinic had a toilet to overflow, sending water everywhere. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana, and they were able to get to us within an hour or so. They were very quick to respond and repair our needs when we notified them of a leak in our gas pipes and that the gas company had shut us down. The office and the plummers understood our needs immediately. They were slightly higher than expected after the work was done, but extremely competitive in cost. Cost is just part of the nature of the job.

Their customer service was great. However charging clients $524 to take off toilet and snake is INSANE when a new toilet cost $300 at Lowe’s. Guess I’ll YouTube how to DIY this because I was expecting a max $200 to snake. Least I have a handy man husband who can figure out. Won’t be calling them again for assistance.

Came to fix emergency shut off valves on the bathroom sink. They did a great job👍🏻 technicians explained the problem and solution very well. The price was too much in my opinion but they do quality work. I was given a price of 123.00 to come out and next thing I know I’m paying over $600.00
Even though I paid a lot, I would recommend them because of the quality of service.

Rob and Ryker were very attentive and did an excellent job. They addressed the situation efficiently and fixed the leak and rerouted necessary pipes. They were even able to fix an improperly installed exhaust vent on the water heater that we were not aware of. They explained everything thoroughly and were very knowledgeable.

Alan arrived at our location and was very friendly and made sure that we got the best service. He made sure we understood the bill and was fast at giving us an estimate for the rest of the repairs.
