Our experience was middling at best. A description of the job was provided beforehand (replacing two counter tiles, which had fallen off), yet the representative arrived unprepared with caulk, sealant, or any basic supplies. While he went to Home Depot, we were charged (which I would understand, if this were a non-standard job), and after the job was completed, it's clear that the tiles are not fl

Professional from start to finish. I thought I was going to have to get to new French doors because my old ones (two sets) just didn't line up, wouldn't lock and let the outside in, but Marco with Mr. Handyman remedied my problem in less than 2 hours, and for pennies on the dollar of what replacement doors would have cost. The technician, Leo, arrived on time and did a great job swapping out an old toilet for a new one.
