I proceeded with this company due to their overall ratings score and personal experiences with the contractors. I decided to hire them for my lack of time and for the convenience to sand and seal a 10x12 wood shed. The contractor Mark was very pleasant, but the work provided was not what I expected and subpar. We had Mr. Handyman come to replace tile and sheetrock after major plumbing repairs. Quincy Boston was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did a wonderful job! The tile looks just like it did when first installed!

I was really very disappointed with this horrible so called handyman business. The woman answering the service calls was very incompetent and apparently didn’t listen to anything that I told her. The person that they sent to my house I wasn’t sure that I even wanted him to enter. He looked very unprofessional and spoke with a heavy accent. It was hard to communicate with him.
