We had a clog in our sewer line and a very difficult clean out plug. Instead of giving up, Chris made his own tool to get the job done. Afterwards, because my wife and I are disabled, Chris cleaned up where the water had backed up in the bathroom. Who does that! We will use Mr. Bill's from now on! And we just want to send a big "Thank You" to Chris. You are truly a blessing!

As always, excellent service. My ice maker was making not much ice. Needed water line modification. Chris fixed the issues. Already the water flow in the fridge, was much more than before. He also found an issue with the water line, that had nothing to do with the call. He fixed that. Cant wait to get lots of ice in the ice maker. Thank you, Chris. Thank you Mr Bills.

These guys were so nice and made my call priority with a main line backing up everywhere in my house. They were here within 2 hrs! Chris was thorough and checked everything inside before calling it done, and he also let me know about a missing vent in my kitchen pipes under the house and gave me an idea on estimate for that too.
