Highly recommended... the Tech was very good! We purchased this LG W & gas D from Fry's about 13 years ago which has served a family of 8 well and finally needed repair. The rollers were worn out. At first, we thought we would just buy another since the estimate was high at ~600. The tech said that these LG units built in that time period were superior to the units now so repairing it might be

Jaydee was the technician assigned to my case. He was very informative and explained what was wrong and why it was wrong as well as gave us pointers on how to keep our dryer clean and safe. He helped to prevent a serious fire that could have occurred. Mr Appliance was quick to set up our appointment to help as well as quick to get the parts needed to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had an experience with Mr. Appliance that I'd like to share, as it has left me quite disappointed.
Mr. Appliance came to our house on two occasions to diagnose and fix our Summitt ice maker. The technician identified a faulty circulation pump and had to order a replacement. About a week later, the part arrived, and the technician returned to complete the repair. Throughout this process

Im on the fence with the companies policy more than their capability. The technician was knowledgeable and knew trade so there's no issue with that. My disagreement with the company is that I have a 300lbs. ice machine in my back yard (residential) but when I contacted my Mr. Appliance, I was told there was a service fee price increase to $140 be cause the ice machine was considered a commercial p

I was not comfortable with our technician and feel like he damaged an additional part while he was repairing the original part that We had called for. The people in the office were very efficient and polite. They were very good about contacting me and keeping me up-to-date on the technician.
