we didn't wind up using Blake. We're investors so we're much more price sensitive than someone building to occupy. Even though we didn't wind up using Blake he took the time to suggest quite a few changes to our design to get the costs down. His suggestions wound up saving us $60k and now our project is back on track. If he would do that for a complete stranger imagine how well he'll take care of
