I went to Moore Tyler today to look for kitchen items, and their hours were posted they would be open until 4pm. I arrived at 320 pm and they were closed. I will never waste my time shopping this again. A store that can’t keep their store hrs , is a store not worth shopping at. I would like to rate them a 0.

We are working on a home renovation project. Moore’s came highly recommended for our bathroom fixture needs. We came into the store and were greeted and helped promptly. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions. The showroom is beautifully set up. Looking forward to doing business with this company.

Sheri was terrific. Professional but friendly as well. Listened to our wants and needs. Helped us pick out everything we needed to remodel three bathrooms and kitchen. Found several ways to save us some money. Completely opposite of how we were treated at the plumbing supply store on Houston Street. I highly recommend Moore Supply.

Everyone I met here was very friendly. I delivered a load of water heaters here. The dock is the first entrance past Walmart. You have to back in from the street.

Product was dropped off to be repaired. I was never notified of the progress. I finally had to go to the office and my Milwaukee speaker had a huge hole in it that wasn’t there when it was dropped off. I was told I should have took pictures prior to leaving my item. I will never do business there again and the gentleman I spoke with needs a course in customer service.

I was charged 68 dollars for a 21 dollar part. This is ridiculous. A rip off.
