The installation crew used my personal vacuum, got dust everywhere in my home which I had to pay to get professionally cleaned. They broke my tile and straight up lied about it. Refused to pay to reimburse me for the cleaning , which we had to go to court. Put in two different color trim in my secondary room, didn’t notify me that the trim was not painted. Didn’t ask me if I wanted to get it paint

I would give their install crews 5 stars, but their customer service is what led to this 3 star review.
