Fantastic tile & even better service! This was the only place where I could find 24"x48" wood-look ribbon tile in colors other than maple, and it was a lucky find on so many levels. The quality is excellent: we did not encounter any defects, damage or warpage. It cut cleanly and easily with a cheap tile saw (unlike big-name tile that kept chipping). First, their tile is beautiful. The reason that I’m writing this review is for their customer service. As can happen, we had some tiles damaged in shipment. Fortunately, I’m not commenting on their Jacksonville FL carrier which misguided me on the acceptance and return process (always check at moment of delivery and deny shipment when breakage is observed during inspection).
