Wow! This company is so great and responsive. They were able to come out same week that I called and got 2 year old pet pee and vomit stains out completely with their topical stain removal process was worth every penny! Quincy and Jack did an excellent job of cleaning my couch, chair and ottoman. Explained all services before they performed them, cleaned up while they cleaned. Great experience would definitely recommend their services.

Communication with company is great. Tech called 30 minutes before showing up in the scheduled 2 hour window. He was friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling aspect of the service. They gave me a 3 hour time range (2-5) but the technician didn’t leave his last job till 5, which was over an hour away and I had to reschedule (which they worked with me in getting an appointment the next day).
