There were a lot of people involved here, sellers, contractors, and installers, and no one paid attention to the message I sent before the install
ation. So, if this work wasn't in the contract, what was done wrong was the installation. Why aren't the concrete and artificial grass level?

Update: They called me about MIO HOME customer service and told me that if I pay more than $7,000 they will fix what they did wrong, level the land and install everything again, they want me to pay for a mistake they made, I sent text messages before the installation asking if they were going to level the area and everyone involved ignored the message.

This team is amazing - they are attentive threw out the whole process- very kind, informative, concerned about my approval with the process of the work being done - I really could have not asked for a better team - they never treated me like a customer but like family and I have never met any company with that much love - guys don't be mad but --- Wyatt, Drew, Melissa and Z(Chris) plus the workers

I am highly disappointed in the work done by them. I had them do my grass and patio back in July and to start I would get told they the would come that day and never show up that day to work. But even after everything was done it’s no February and I got some free sod rolls to repair some dead area and when I dug into the sea areas I pulled out concrete slabs that were just left under my grass. Hired them to do my backyard and spent 26k since I don’t have the time to do so. They had me sign the completion form while they were still working which should have been the huge red flag that made me stop and say I need y’all to finish first.
The grass I got was halfway dead and super patchy. Also they didn’t tell me that they were digging up my front yard so now there’s a small dead spot up the

Mio Home really knocked it out of the park! Our backyard needed a serious lift, and the team came in and brought our vision to life. They took what we had on paper and made it a beautiful reality. Ronaldo and Matteo where phenomenal in getting the design right and making sure my wife and I where completely happy with the project! The crew was even more amazing they did an awesome job and knocked the job out of the park. I had multiple bids for my project and MIO Home by far gave me the best bang for my buck. I will definitely use them on any future projects

We love our turf! Our kids can play worry free outside year round now. They did a great job prepping the subgrade before installation. The quality is so great compared to other turf yards in our neighborhood which makes all the difference.

Mio home did concrete, rock, and sod for our backyard and it looks great. Working with Asja was so easy, especially when it came to figuring out what we wanted done. I highly recommend Asja as she was with us the whole process.
