I have had a couple unfortunate incidents with Milestone and after the first incident, I should have canceled my Advantage membership. I did not, however, bc i spoke with a manager who ended up giving me a decent price and asking for another opportunity to earn their business. From a customer service standpoint, he was spot on. And I appreciated that. Fast forward to the 2nd and final encounter. D

Every time they come out, always explain everything they do. Great communication with texts and emails to both my wife and I. Jake was phenomenal. Even though I was not able to meet Marcus when came for HVAC assessment, he called me later and explained in detail.
Prices might be a little steep but if the company has this level of communication, explanation for what they are doing, warranty for

Jake Jackson is very professional and knowledgeable. He was very communicative Giving options and advising what be done to verify the leak issue. Unfortunately, the only reason why I did not move forward with service is because the cost was out of my pay range. He attempted to see if he could get a better deal, but unfortunately, I did not move forward with the service.

Christian H did a great job fixing the shoddy work done by a previous plumber who obviously did not value our home and safety. Christian explained everything and was courteous. He treated my home like we do and fixed all of the issues.

Jonathan Almanza and another gentleman showed up (I forgot his name) very timely a were very through in what they were going to do and proceeded to go to work. They were both great and very respectfull, the puppies loved them too! We've always had great service with Milestone and will continue to call them when the needs arise!
