They will help you find carpet but when it's time for the appointment, to come out and measure and get the quote you will have to call multiple times to get them to come to the appointment that was set and beg for the quote

Irma came to our house to ensure measurements were correct, would answer my texts when I had questions, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process . Had ana amazing experience and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with little information I had for my pickup lol & the gentleman who helps load was more then helpful! Wish I got his name, younger man with glasses working the forklift! Went up and beyond trying to makesure everything was secured before I left! Great experience! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just got our floor done by Midtex. Our salesman Dillon was phenomenal. We weren’t sure about which floor type would best suit our needs. He was knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction all while keeping our budget in mind. I can’t express how great it was to work with this company. I had Mid-Tex install wood floors in my home. They were very responsive. Sent contractor to measure flooring. We did the demo work but when they came to install, they were efficient, clean and courteous. In and out. Project done same day. Have not had issue with the quality of wood floors. Beautiful. It’s been over two years.

Wonderful experience! The staff was knowledgeable and their products were high quality. They were flexible and worked with our schedule. Communication was wonderful as well. The floor installer Oscar was hands down the best! He was nice, respectful, on-time and kept the area super clean! He did a great job laying our LVT, very talented! He had a great choice of music too while he installed. :)

Have shopped around for floor at many local places and ended up spending my money at Midtex because Dillon was nice & helpful. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service. Will definitely always recommend this company!!!

Marty and the whole team at Mid-Tex were professional, responsive, and kept their word - sticking to our budget for the install. We called a dozen places looking for a carpet that was within our budget, and Marty measured and found carpet that fit both our home and budget. Their price was very competitive, and they worked around our busy life schedule for the install. I highly recommend them to
