I absolutely love this store, just like the other Michael’s locations. It’s such a fun place to browse, so many options for crafts, DIY projects, seasonal décor, art supplies, baking tools… you name it. If you’re creative (or even just thinking about starting a project), this is the place to come. The also have a lot of cute little starter project kits, where you can buy the packet and get started

Thank you, Kai, for going above and beyond while I was in the store yesterday. Your kindness and helpfulness towards both me and your fellow workers spoke volumes ! Mandy, thank you for teaching these young adults how to be their brother’s keeper. As you know, Kai is a keeper :0) for sure !

I used to be a faithful customer for years. Its been 2+ years since I stepped foot in ANY Michael's store. I have had a $95 return card for the 2+ years. I thought I would attempt a return to your Euless store today. What another mistake that was. I was attempting to ring myself up and the return card wouldn't go through. I'm so glad they opened up this location, it saved my life while planning and preparing for my wedding. The location is about a year old at this point so still really nice and well kept inside. For the most part it's kept well stocked. They tend to have a fair amount of cash registers open during rush times so it doesn't take long to the k out even of the line seems relatively long.

I'm really displeased with the level of costumer service I received today when one of the self-service machine had a network error during a gift card activation. Not only was it inconvenient but I have to cross my fingers hoping that there's actually $100 on the gift card even though the receipt says it's not activated at a zero balance. Please see my two-star rating for Hobby Lobby for my previous search for oven-baked modeling clay. What a HUGE difference. I walked into Michael’s and was immediately greeted by the cashier. I LOVE that. I walked down the clearly-identified aisles and found exactly what I was looking for, oven-baked modeling clay with complete instructions printed on the packed in English. I'm old school. I think it's good business to be acknowledged by an employee of the establishment I am visiting. I won't spend my money at a place that doesn't, especially if they walk right past me. Like I said, old school.
