Place is clean, very easy to push a cart and look at all the stuff. Easy to find stuff because its so clean and easy to move in. Was not to happy about the check out, its a little complex to us but glad a person was there to help us check out. Definitely recommend to go and buy.

I had a very disappointing experience at your store while picking up a balloon order.
Prior to arriving, I called approximately two hours in advance to confirm that my balloon order would be ready by 1:00 PM because I was on a tight schedule. I was assured that it would be ready.

Greeted at the door. Sales associate was courteous and polite. Very nice getting greeted with a welcoming smile. Store was bright and cheery with spring items on display. Planners were 40-70% discounted. Found a set of inspirational bracelets. Nice selection of snacks at the checkout line. Sales associate was courteous and my transaction was quick. Always good service at the Cedar Hill location.

Just made a 30 minute drive to pick up something that showed in stock. Got there and couldn't find the product, so I asked for help. It was then that I was told, "Our system doesn't update if products are out of stock properly". Are you serious??? Call first and make sure they have the product that you're wanting, in hand.

Even though I have to drive from Waxahachie I am so happy to have found a Michael's. The service is awesome. I never get the ladies name but she knows every isle in that store. I love it!!! She is awesome, next time I go I will get her name. But yes love this place. They always have what I am looking for.

Asked the employee named Michelle if they had balloons in any other areas in the store. Took her time responding without even acknowledging me and saying give her one second. When I returned to the front of the store I asked if I could purchase the #1 off the wall since they didn’t have anymore out on the shelves. She said yes and then walked away so I was under the impression she was about to ass

The store is always nice and nead. Unfortunately, I expected a better yarn and knitting supply assortment since Jo Ann's has closed their doors. There is so much thick yarn in the store that nobody buys b/c we are here in Texas. The yarn that is really used by knitters is hardly available.
