Im very thankful to Mrs .Crystal, property manager and Mr Harms. Im currently renting a commercial suite from them and it has been a great experience. Good maintenance response , building always clean. The owner and the ladies from the office are very nice . Always willing to help. Im very blessed to have found kind hearted people like them. I love love my suite.

Highly recommended!!! I've been a tenant for a few years now at one of the rental properties. The units are well maintained, my property is respected, and if I have any issues, the office staff is very attentive and quick to schedule the solution. One thing that I don't take for granted is how safe I feel and appreciated as a tenant. Again, highly recommended!

Have been a renter for almost a year and the owner Micheal is a very kind and honest person.
Crystal has been nothing but attentive aswell.
Everyone at the office has been welcoming I will stay as long as I can. Best place I’ve ever felt comfortable being at. Thank you all 🙏

Thank you Mike, Bonnie & staff for your assistance with our home remodel. We are so pleased with the end result. We have a beautiful new home that works for our family. It is even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We know it was a challenge coming up with accessible lay-outs for the kitchen, living room & bathrooms to best accommodate my wheelchair but as we expected, you delivered.

Michael is an attentive landlord who truly cares about his tenants the crystal the property manager goes above and beyond for her tenants and Jen the property manager also goes above and beyond and they are both sweet and they make sure things do get done one thing I can say about all three of them is they are genuine and carrying a considerate people okay

I wanted to share that Michael Harms Construction Realty have been very wonderful to me and my son. There maintenance & office department is up to par. All our needs are handle effectively and immediately. I give them a 10 star rating. Oh and let me add it's very peaceful & friendly around here. Thank God.
