Poor lumber quality.
Edit: I reached out to the support line and have yet to hear anything back. Every splinter I get just pisses me off even more.

The times that I go there is obviously a dress code for the employees at the front desk but I guess it does not apply for two young employees their since they can where what ever they want

Geeze I was looking to purchase a BBQ pit and parked in front to look at them not even five feet away from the truck! I didn't go inside at all and "security" was telling me I need to leave! She over talked me while I was trying to explain I had my daughter in the vehicle And why I was parked there. So I just left, MG just lost a customer who was going to 2000.00. She needs retraining.

Waiting in LINE for 10 minutes, even though I already paid is ridiculous, the guys in the yard walk like they're 90 years old. Nobody's hustling I don't know who the manager is. But he needs to drop a bag of ball ping hammers on these young men.

As a contractor that spends 100s of thousands at a store. Youbwould think they'll do better when loading materials. I was there for 2 hours loading rebsr and not 1 person decided to help. I loading myself one ton of rebar. Its ridiculous. All the managers care for is to make money inside. They would make more money outside if they had a yard manager. Couldn't return an item I was told would be returnable. I only bought it at the suggestion of one of the yard workers for more support of materials I was purchasing. Didn't use the item for any construction only to be told it doesn't match the picture and was too damaged.
