Greeted with smile. Good morning every where I walked. Paid at the counter and picked up material in the lumber yard. I was helped loading materials. Checking out from lumber yard is slow. They took a picture of my license plate of my truck. Then went into the office. It was slow. I didn't know if he was gone for good or was coming back out. I'm a small time contractor been doing business for 7 years. Descent prices on lumber, the rest is over priced. I spend around 15000a year there. Customer service is bad, supervisors are pathetic. Lots of problems buying material go to order it and pay for it. Then go to put on truck and check out and have to go in pay more. Cost me time and money. They need to learn from a grocery store HEB.

Very disappointed in what was sent! Then we had to bring it back ourselves after we had paid a delivery charge. No refund on delivery charge. Don t recommend this place for anyone!

It's unfortunate I was standing in the electrical Isle. I asked for help twice to cut wire 10 minutes. Waiting still nobody came as I was walking out of the store. I counted six employees in three customers but nobody wanted to sell wire One of the clerks did call overhead for help twice with no response. In the home depot parking lot now.

They unload at 8 am. 1 truck allowed in at a time all others hang right and circle around to wait. Seem pretty quick no issues very nice.

If I could rate this place more stars, I would. Just had an order of building materials delivered, and not only was the price fantastic but the curbside delivery was a great touch. Our delivery man, Dan, was quick and very professional. Called ahead of time, showed up in a timely manner, and was finished in an instant.
