Meyer Brandt built our home 7 years ago. I interviewed several custom home builders, and just got a good feeling from this smaller, family-run company. This is the second home we had Meyer Brant build for us, which should say something in and of itself. We have challenged them in both builds by requesting unique designs and concepts and they came through both times. As a private sub contractor, I’ve hade the privilege to see each home Meyer Brant builds and they are second to none in customer care and attention to detail. Kyle, the owner makes it a point to oversee all aspects of each built home from ground break to turn key. I’m very impressed with their work ethic and would highly recommend Meyer Brant to anyone interested in the custom home market.

Poor customer service. After an unforeseen failure of our septic lines in the master bath we reached out to Meyer Brant and expected a face-to-face response on par with the damage; and their company’s motto (pride in their work, client 1st, vet friendly, attention to detail, etc). Instead all we got was an apology, unresponsive emails, and some lip service about their warranty. Totally understand
