They delayed my project for 2 months and still not finished, but they ask me to pay the retainage first. If you still want to choose this company after reading my reviews, please keep a bigger retainage. Also,they have the rudest customer services I have ever experienced. Stay away from them.

We had them build a pergola over our hot tub area. It provides great privacy and looks fancy. The wood is stained beautifully. The structure is heavy-duty and anchored well. It turned a plain concrete slab into a real relaxation destination in our backyard.

Jon P. Lancar provided excellent service in renovating three tired bathrooms, each with their own unique challenges of a 1980's build. Crews were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Communication with Jon and project lead Elvis was excellent. Finished project is beautiful.

Worked with Tal through the design, HOA approval, city permitting, and construction processes for a beautiful new covered patio in our backyard. It was nice having a single point of contact throughout the whole process. Tal was extremely responsive to every question and concern we had along the way, and he made himself available in-person when needed. To my wife and I, this patio was a BIG project

I hired them to install pull-down stairs for our attic. It makes accessing storage so much safer than using a ladder. They framed the opening securely and trimmed it out nicely. It closes flush with the ceiling. A simple upgrade that made a huge difference in usability.
