Excellent selection of flooring. Redid about 3,500sqft of our house with wood and carpet. After visiting more than a handful of places, we decided on Metro. Staff was very patient, informative, and friendly. Prices are competitive and our contractor had no issues working with them.

Alanea love and Shantel Barrera really helped me out pick out some awesome wool carpet. They worked as a team to efficiently get an accurate quote along with various options to choose from. They are some of the best women that know each one of the products and gave me some design tips. This business has everything and was happy I didn't need to travel to Austin to get really high quality wool carp

Customer service is behond outstanding 🙏
As you walk through the doors you are greeted by the staff. For me it was "good morning, how are you today"? "May I help you"? 😊 Plus the sales person was so patience. 😊

They have a knowledgeable staff, very accommodating and make every effort to get the most reasonable price you can find. Found them to be considerably lower than anyone else in town and a great selection. wouldn't do business elsewhere!

Reyna Symns was very helpful in dealing with the manufacturer when I reported that after 2 years, I was not happy with the carpet not retaining its texture.
The carpet was replaced including labor cost. I will continue to be their customer in the future.
