My husband and I are thrilled with our new bathrooms. We will definitely use Metro Flooring for future home renovation projects. We redid our bathroom and our son’s bathroom. Metro Flooring just completed a total renovation of the main bathroom in our 1940 house in The Heights. This place is the best I had come to my house. I had a few companies come to my house and the prices were ridiculous. So I called metro flooring they gave me the best price and had the right type of floor I wanted not what they wanted to put down. From start to finish wonderful job and completed on the time that was given. very nice staff and will be calling them for my next flooring project !

Working with Metro Flooring has been a blend of satisfaction and frustration.
- Project manager was helpful at first and mobilized his subcontractors quickly. When there was a problem with the flooring, it was hard to get the Project Manager to respond to calls or keep appointment commitments. When I finally got ahold of him, he responded in a satisfactory manner.

After water damage from a bad contractor renovation in our master bathroom, we had to rip up our laminate and carpet the weeks before Christmas 2016! We hired Metro Floors to install luxury vinyl planks. It was an awesome experience. Mr. Eddie was extremely friendly, available and responsive. I love the work this group did for my bathrooms. They were efficient yet did quality work. Joaquin was a fantastic project manager. Easy to get in touch with, listened and responded to all of my questions, and made personally sure that the work was done well.
