We have been using Method Pool service for almost a year now. EXCELLENT service. Robin is our pool technician and is awesome at his job! He is always there no matter rain/shine/cold, always approximately the same day/time each week as agreed upon. We hired Method after getting about 5 other bids from pool companies. We were sold on the fact that they are local, had all great reviews, and the fact that we were told that Dylan was friends with Lucas from Insane Pools and they were thinking of doing some work together. When we hired them, finish time was estimated 8-10 weeks. Excavation started August 27. My #1 complaint is the lack of commun

I supported this business when it first opened. Have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years. We have an old pool. The past couple of years their service has steadily declined. When I asked what my service was supposed to be, and then showed them (with pictures) it was not happening - I was told I was too expensive and they would no longer honor their contract. My pool has not been cleaned for weeks.

Celina Reevers review is spot on to what we experienced. Luckily our pool is beautiful in the end, and we are very happy with it. The process was pretty stressful but we are pleased to be able to enjoy it now.
