We decided on Menke's Carpet Warehouse to replace our floors in our house. We went to their warehouse and we were greeted promptly by Missy. She showed us numerous samples of luxury plank vinyl and gave us a few of the ones we picked out to take home to see how they looked in the house. After choosing our favorite we were sent a quote. We had our flooring throughout the house and tile work in our kitchen done and completed last month and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! I was very nervous at the beginning, but Paula was such a joy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. We recently chose Menke for both hardwood and carpeting. Paula was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in making our selections. We were very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and craftmanship of the installation crews. The new flooring looks great and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Menke.

I went in there not knowing anything about floors, but their sales manager, Paula, was easy to talk to and she helped me understand floors better. Her creativity is boundless and Menke's products are unrivaled. Lots of variety and not costly as one would think. Awesome place!

Paula and Jayme are the best ! The customer service is far beyond the best of any flooring company in town ! I’m a home builder here in town all I have to do is give them a budget and a direction I would like to go and they design a complete package even the paint colors. I have yet to have a home that I don’t get rave reviews on all the tile and flooring they’ve selected ! If your looking at tile

This is a wonderful company. Very professional, I have been into there display room a couple of times looking at flooring, and the staff have always been super nice and willing to take the time to help with any questions I had! I will definitely be using be using them with any new flooring needs!!
