I went to Men’s Wearhouse to rent a suit, and the experience was fantastic. Erin helped me throughout the entire process and was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable and made sure everything fit perfectly. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend asking for Erin if you visit!

After selecting a pair of pants, I went to check out and tried to use a promo code. The associate assisting me said it couldn’t be applied, but when the manager came over, he was able to apply it without issue.
During the process, I also felt uncomfortable when I tried to show the promo code on my phone to the manager and was told I was standing too close by the black female lady, even though the

Service was exceptional. My husband needed a suit for his Sister’s wedding and one of the employees helped him every single step of the way. Made sure that he had the right sizes and that everything fit perfectly. Even told him where he should get it tailored on the suit and was extremely helpful!

Don’t even bother making an appointment.
You’ll have a teenager dressed like he just got home from summer camp hand you 1 thing off the rack and then immediately disappear.
No help whatsoever.
Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to Jos. A Bank still on Bay Area and get an incredible service experience, despite not even having an appointment.
