Had Medrano's come out and redo another contractors poor work. The fixed the shower drain that wasn’t flowing and pulled out the tile and installed a curb for the shower glass and replaced all of the tile. It looks better than it did before and works great. Extremely professional and good quality service.

Hired to repair our balcony and replace the current wood balcony with tile. Used indoor tile and laid it on top of the wood flooring. Didn't repair the leak. Paint was terrible, the door that was installed was installed backwards and eventually fell off, the grout cracked, and our ceiling caved in from water damage. The company eventually stopped responding to me and refused to give me a receipt.

this place does not seem to use "superior" marble and tile. The tile chips fairly easy and these guys are good about masking issues. The tilework was not level, and they damaged the balcony pretty badly and left ceramic shards embedded in the wood.

One star only because the flaws are disguised and it looks ok. The tile floor was not laid level, they replaced the worst ones. The backsplash had to be redone. I hired someone after they were done to get the grout right. They had to put in sheetrock to cover the gap in my countertop. Very little worker supervision. The owner told me they use a special grout sponge to keep from dragging grout out

Tiles started coming loose after 3 months. Uneven lay, raised edges. Horrible grouting, extremely rough. Workers have zero supervision or work ethics. Never again.

Great place 2go ...great selection...they have ceramic natural stone..marble... various sizes ..fast an friendly service...eager 2help...workers were very helpful

I haven't been able to contact Medrano Tile, I don't think they're in business anymore.
