Purchased a razorback shovel as I have multiple times before lifetime warranty. Every other time I have taken the broken shovel back for warranty handed it to the teller. They told me to go grab a new one. They swap it out for warranty. Today I waited 45 minutes for a manager to tell me that they do not follow that process anymore so at this point, we are in the process of pulling up to Lowe’s to

This store needs to fire the person responsible for inventory. I drove to the store to purchase sku 30310100. The website stated they had two in-stock. I asked Sharon S where I could find the item. She told me another customer came in looking for the same item but they are out of stock. If your out of stock it should reflect on your website. Also you should set the stock to ZERO in your system. I

This is where I buy most of my major supplies. The employees know their products, are very helpful and I'm supporting a local San Marcos-based business.
I also like their location. The area around Lowe's is usually a traffic nightmare.

I had an excellent experience at McCoy’s in San Marcos, TX! Luis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my project and took the time to answer all my questions. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service like Luis does.

Went to buy paint and rollers, took 2 gallons of interior paint to get mixed at the paint counter and was totally ignored. No customers ahead of me. The associates could have acknowledged me and said they would help me soon. Nothing! Acted like I wasn't there! I left my cart of goods and went to the big box store. So much for keeping it local.
