06/26/24 The few times I have come I have received mistreatment from the worker 24065 Gabriela T It is not the clients' fault if she has her problems To work she has to come with the ability to treat clients and she does not have that ability she should not be there in that position

Bought some material for a job at SPI they were very helpful and helped me find everything I needed.. Had some material left over. Came in 2 days later to return JJ was extremely helpful had me on my way faster than typing this review... Very good employees at this McCoys. 5 star customer service.

Got to say this McCoy's is the best in my book. The manager, Mitchel Gonzalez runs a tight ship. Thomas always makes sure we get what we need. Gabby is exceptional, and the entire staff knows there stuff. Great attitudes and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I will no longer be a devoted customer to the McCoy’s in San Benito. Mitchel Gonzalez is the only manager whom I trust to do business with, but, they mistakenly chose to let him go. Every dignified customer should take their business elsewhere.

The customer service provided by Ms. Gabriela (Gaby) was horrible. She lacks the people skills required to be in that position. I would highly recommend driving a couple more miles and go to the McCoy’s in Harlingen. The customer service at the store in Harlingen is great and will not disappoint.
