They forgot some of our order. They misplaced it And they wasted my time too (A whole day and a half)..... and my time is valuable, so they need to do better and communicate more with customers.

Great team Sylvia and the rest of the McCoy crew. Competitive prices and very friendly staff. Ben and the rest of guys in the white shirts are super knowledgeable. I always leave super impressed. The store is well kept its clean and organized.

This mccoys sucks took my sthil equipment took them 4 weeks to repair and I don't know what they did but my equipment is not fixed seems like they did a patch waste of time and loss of money for my small business worst experience ever

From the people who work inside to the people in the yard are all good employees and make you feel like family..... I recomend this place.....

What a wonderful experience to be listened, and helped. Thank you Ms.Linda and Mr. Oscar, the plumbing valve fitted perfectly, no more leaking on the laundry room! Mr.Oscar was right, when he said: "you will not come back to return it." He was quite sure of his suggestion. It was a very friendly and helpful experience.

I would have given 4 to 5 stars if it wasn’t for one of the girls at the counter, name was Nere or Mere? I am sorry you had to work on Black Friday but that is what you are paid for. No customer service and needs an attitude adjustment. Her manager needs to have a talk with her. Other than that, we had a good experience, specially with the mister that helped us with the fence wood we needed.

First time here and they were a great help. They didn't have the screw I needed but they made us all 6 we needed. Appreciate all ur help beka and Dennis and the whole team stepped in to help.
