This store will sell you products they don't have. And the lumber yard will ask you to accept scraps. Every employee passed the buck. No responsibility to be found. Eventually I was refunded
But after they waisted my Saturday morning. Maybe I just value my time more than this company can understand.

Front desk girl needs another job. 01/14/26. 7:45am. Didn't want to help me exchange, i know receipt is needed but they also are able to track your purchase if you pay card.
It's a great store where i buy my materials, great customer service from all associates but that lady is the bad apple.
I had raited 5 stars but i really dislike how this lady acts, and avoids to speak. Pls check the cameras.

Don’t waste your time here, online inventory is wrong you will pay for material they don’t have and waste your time in the yard for an hour to tell you they don’t have it .

The prices are incredibly high for the area, and their inventory is always depleted. You can go online and it will have it in stock get to the store and it’s not their. You will have better luck at HD🤷🏻♂️ The people there are incredibly friendly tho, if you are in a bind it’s a good place

So disappointed. I've done retail for many years and never spoke to customers the way one did. I tried explaining what we needed and the man was so rude. Kept saying he was a specialist and if we didn't believe him we could follow and he'd show us. Nothing was said about his competency. Kevin with Mccoy's was very helpful. I bought my first Stihl lawnmower and he demonstrated it's features and let me have on hands training. He went the extra mile and registered the lawnmower for me. He also let me know if future problems arise to contact him because he is a certified Stihl associate and knows how to handle them.
