Staff know know the products they carry and if not in stock can be quickly and most of the time easily acquired within a 24 to 48 hr wait. Layout of store is accordingly and organized for the most part and quit a few times ive gone to acquire here lately products are cheaper than home depot or Lowe's. Quick in and out as well no long lines at registers either.

We bought a chiminea from this place, didn’t have it or use it for a whole month before the bottom broke. Took it back, not to receive a refund but to exchange. Manager had to call the vendors they purchased from to ask if that was okay. Never got a call back. Here it is 7 months later. Worst customer service. Check about return or exchange polices before buying anything!!! This place is a joke.

Best experience shopping at a hardware store. Plenty of help had what I needed. I went to Lowe's and home depot. First, how rude them people are at home depot and Lowe's McCoy is my new found secret i will never go to the home depot / lowe's again go mccoy

Great store. They always have what I need and the absolute best customer service. We have been to three community events they have hosted which are amazing!

Nice people, great customer service. They have everything that I want. Easy to find. Very affordable. Clean and it is small but big. I wi come back again. Try it if you have not been at McCoy's building supply

Alex was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed. She went the extra mile when another employee had not really listened to me. You need more people like Alex. I am new to town and frequent this place for diy projects.

I ordered bulk lumber for fencing to be delivered. They communicated well with expected delivery. Product was packaged and bundled well to ensure nothing was damaged. The manager even called to ensure delivery was good and asked if I had any issues. Well done!
