Marissa was fantastic! Helped me get replacement windows for my home after waiting 6 months on contractor to handle it. My special order windows from Atrium arrived 2 weeks after I ordered and then they were delivered to my house from the store. Communication with the store throughout the process was amazing! Thanks again McCoy's! You will be my new go to for building supplies!

Went in to store about 11 am 11/28/25 look for a led light for my garage. I had to speak to the 2 ladies at the front before they spoke to me, didn’t find what I was looking for. Walked by the same 2 ladies not a word from them! Not a did you not find what you needed nothing!

Super nice place. They have a great group of people working there, all very friendly and also very helpful. Every time I have gone to this McCoy's, I have been greeted wthin seconds and then asked how can they help me. The place is lighted very well and organized nicely, too. Prices are fair, and the service is excellent.

We bought wood and they didn’t have anything that I needed except for 2x4. The 2x4 are poor quality compared to Home Depot wood, almost every piece of wood had water damage and was splintering everywhere and most of the pieces of wood were unusable and had to be trashed. It took almost 2 hours just for them to find the pieces of wood we paid for and then more time after that to get it loaded. I do

Very friendly and they were very knowledgeable. I really liked shopping here for my tools. The products are good quality and fairly priced. I recommend going and taking a look for your self.

All I can say is WOW!!! These people have no knowledge about construction and know nothing about hardware. The military discount is worthless. Better to just go to Home Depot or Lowe's. No savings of time or money is worth the aggravation..
