Went in to repair a broken crutch (broken leg) and was helped by Michelle. She was very helpful and made sure I had what I needed. Fella that checked me out was just as pleasant. Happy to get great service fast vs going to a larger store like Lowe's or Home Depot especially with a broken leg.

Amazing place. Had a special order door come in that was not made the way I wanted it. No problem. They ordered me a new one right away & had it to me in less that a week. Prices are hundreds less on windows & doors that other places in town.

My wife and I are in the process of building a house and we have been very fortunate to work with Jesse and Trey. I sent them our blueprints, they put everything together and delivered 48 hours later.

I wasn’t sure where to stop by to fix the legs for my bed frame and decided to stop by McCoy’s first. I left feeling so happy and relieved that I didn’t have to stop by multiple places to get what I needed. Brent helped with nail and pad needed for the legs - he went above and beyond!! Brent and the manager were super helpful! Thank y’all for your help!

I usually don’t have any problems at this store. Most of the staff are decent and helpful. But today, I had the unfortunate experience of asking Rylee for help. Big mistake. His condescending attitude made it feel like I was an idiot for even asking a simple question. If you enjoy being talked down to and made to feel unwelcome, he’s your guy. I can usually find what I need here so that's a big plus. But the people that work here are the absolute BEST! They are friendly and professional, and they treat me like I matter - even when I go in and ask about a tool that I only think I know what the name of it is.
