I have used McCauley Glass for many years. They have replaced windows in My Home, and did it perfectly. My experience with McCauley Glass gets down to using an expert when needed. This is the worst service I've ever received in my life. I made an appointment, and they changed it twice, only to finally tell me they couldn't do the job. They made me waste two days waiting, giving me nothing but excuses.

The double paned, obscure glass window in my master bathroom shattered a few days before a hurricane was forecasted to hit near Houston. I received several estimates including a couple that I knew would only cover the cost of this special order glass. So while McCauley Glass was not the lowest estimate, I knew it was a reasonable price and there would be no surprises later on.
