Honestly, have no idea how this place have 4 stars. Would leave less stars if possible. They are absolutely super unprofessional, especially Joy Myers. She's been absolutely horrible to work with. Never answers emails promptly,we always have to be the ones reaching out when it's her job. Horrible customer service.

I contacted them as they were used to lay the flooring for the subdivision I currently live. I was told I needed to email with the name of my house and address. I did several times and didn’t get any responses. I called and finally was told that they would be responding to my many emails. When I finally received a response they didn’t answer any of my questions. This has gone on since November. Wh

These guys are true classic professionals and will shoot you straight. I was referred to them by a friend and they treated me like family from the moment we made contact. I truly appreciate both the level of professionalism and the honesty on selecting products for my home.
