Much better prices here than the big box stores! The quality of the wood is great, and you’ll save a lot compared to the big chains. The staff really knows their stuff and goes above and beyond to help. Bring them your floor plan and they’ll make sure you get exactly what you need. Once you’ve got your ticket, just drive to the yard — they’ll load everything up for you. Matt’s isn’t just a lumbery

Forget Home Depot and Lowe’s. Matt’s has excellent customer service, competitive pricing, friendly staff top to bottom - and they load your lumber for you! Best place to buy materials for your DIY project.

Amazing customer service! The fact that I am able to visualize what I am actually going to purchase helped tons. The samples of the Hardie panels amazed me!! No other place had it! My husband and I will definitely continue doing our purchases for our new home here at Matt’s Building Material best known as Cash and Carry in San Benito, Texas.

Matt‘s is a great regional business. I highly support this company. The reason I like working with them is because they give great customer service and better pricing than the big box stores. And my absolute favorite thing is whenever I need building materials they will load them directly into my truck. I no longer go to the big box stores to buy things like lumber, concrete, or other materials I

If you want to save money, Matt's is the place. Compared to the other places (H.D., Lowes, even McCoys).
