After purchasing a sleep number , waiting a month for delivery and then the day before scheduled delivery, they called and said we have to reschedule. Very responsive to changing out my mattress selection. My only complaint is that I feel the cost of $250.00 for restocking and getting a softer mattress in the same line is a little higher than it should be. Service has been very good! Nikki is amazing.

It was a great experience. Caleb, the young man that assisted us, was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed us several mattresses and helped us choose the one that best fit our needs. He also us how an adjustable frame would help our back pain.

Ryan was absolutely awesome in every sense of the word. He treated me like more of a friend than just some customer that walked in off the street to look at mattresses.
