Delivered a load of lumber here. No appt needed . Pulled in at 8:30 and they were busy, but rolled back out around 10. These guys were on the ball even loading customers . They never skipped a beat . A few other lumber places need to learn from these guys ! Made for an easy day for me . Much appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Steven was very thorough in helping us order our new window. He also explained that other individuals in the department are experts at installation. If you need help, come to Matt's Cash and Carry in Pharr, Texas.

Went in looking for cabinets to use in a bedroom. Other places I went to had to farm it out! My wife got a female associate who then summoned Anthony over. He listened to our project needs, checked inventory, and said he'd have to order some of the cabinets. We said that's fine. Asked him if the cabinets had to be sanded further for painting/staining. I love Matt's Building Materials I've been buying all the material for my house. I woke up early for the specials on Saturday. I did the save a lot of money. I bought my siding (25 sheets) and it was 720 some. Here are some photos of my house and well excuse the mess lol. I recommend Matt's Building Materials.

We had a great experience at Matt’s Cash and Carry Store! Chris in the tile department went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. It’s not often you come across such attentive and friendly customer service—thank you, Chris, for making the process so easy. We’ll definitely be back for future projects!

I actually got a better deal on vinyl floor here than anywhere else. The staff in that department was very helpful and patient as I had conversation with my finance over video call. To add to all of this, they do offer military discount as well so that we sweet!

Showed up for the grand opening and I might say it looked nice, but most of the things didn't have prices. In my opinion, it was rushed to open too soon. Give them an effort to try to open early.
