Visited Matts Palmview today, was greeted from the moment I walked in and got help from an employee who was extremely helpful in the plumbing department. Got everything I needed for a good price. I look forward to visiting this location again! id like to thank the employees who helped me find what I needed, I had an incredible experience shopping everything is so organized😁.

I recomend this place, they have best prices any where, I will continue buying at Matt's.
By the way the manager Martha, she made the delivery happen for the next day between 10am to 12pm.

Nice store lots of choice clean well organized, however it was a bit complicated to buy 2 feet of chain....had to find a floor person, had to go to another to get the chain code, had to go to the cashier, had to go back to pick up the chain in the store ... A bit ridiculous if you want to know

Everybody’s experience could be different but this one is mine and it is based on my personal experience: i was driving on business 83 this morning and the delivery truck was driving 75 on 65 speed limit with a big truck and machinery on it
Traffic was bad but this driver stressed me out

Frank and Jose laid new flooring for me. The basic job was excellent but there were a few punch list items. Frank came 2 times on his day off with Jose to complete everything to my satisfaction. They were both pleasant and seemed only to want everything to be perfect. I highly recommend Matt's Palmview for flooring needs and for their most excellent customer service.

For my personal experience the location in Pharr is far the best customer service! I came to Palmview No one greeted us., we needed paint and there was no one around to help us., the customers kept asking me if i worked there. This place needs some staff for sure. On my next trip ill be visiting the pharr location.
