My experience has been horrible. When it was Sparkle Pools, I had great service. Mars took over and it has been nothing but issues. I went almost a month with no service and zero communication (according to their records) My pool was green and I have had to pay extra to get it back to normal. Michael came out last minute and did our estimate and Joseph came out on a Saturday to clean our carpets! He did a phenomenal job! He was so pleasant and explained everything and had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied with the job! We’ll see you in a year!!!

It has come to my attention that I have been abandoned by this company. We’ve been a client for 12+ years. They have not serviced my pool since before 05/13. No contact. My pool is severely GREEN. When I called to inquire I was told “I’m new here and I don’t know”. They can’t even tell me the last time they have been here. Realized our office had an issue with the AC late in the afternoon. Service Manager came to our operation. We got a very quick diagnosis. The Service Manager and tech came back first thing the next morning and fixed the issue. They were both very professional, kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.
